TATTOO REMOVAL

Our ND YAG Q-switched laser can remove most ink colours from your skin. Some colours are easier to remove than others. Believe it or not, black is the easiest to remove and white can’t be removed.

How long your removal journey will take depends on many factors, such as how old the tattoo is, where it is on your body, the amount of ink in the tattoo, the type of ink, and your body’s own healing ability.

Tattoo removal can be a long process, and because each tattoo is different, there’s no way to say for sure how many sessions you may need. It could range from 3-12.

It’s possible to fade a tattoo so you can then have another tattoo done overtop. By fading your old tattoo first, your tattoo artist will have much more choice for a suitable coverup.

If you’re unsure whether or not this treatment is for you, you can book a consultation and patch test for £25. We’ll take a good look at your ink, ask lots of questions, and patch test all the different colours. By taking our time to educate you on the tattoo removal process, you can make an informed decision. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment, the £25 will be refunded to you. Alternatively, it will be deducted from your first session, meaning it’s free.

Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

The laser picks up dark colours in the ink particles inside the skin and shatters the molecules into tiny pieces.
These smaller particles are recognised as foreign in the body and flushed out via our lymphatic system.
We always leave a minimum of 6 weeks between sessions to allow your skin time to heal and flush away as many small particles as it can.

We will not rush the prosses as this can cause scarring so please be aware that this is a journey and will require commitment.

How much does it cost?

Again, each tattoo is different and therefor priced differently. You will be quoted per session and this price will not go up for the duration of your treatments.

Semi-Permanent Make-up Removal

We offer brow removal at £65 per session. Unlike regular tattoo removal brows can change colour during the process. They may go darker, turn an orange colour or simply fade away. This is all down to the different pigments the brow artist has mixed to achieve your shade. We tend to find most ladies want to fade the old pigment down a bit before having new brows done. We can also do a complete removal. Laser works well alongside saline removal. We always patch test a tiny part at the tail of your brow to judge the colour shift before doing a full session. Please call the clinic if you would like to discuss the process further. We’re always happy to chat.
